Classes are offered 7 days a week from 7:00AM to 8PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30AM to 5:00PM Saturdays and Sundays.There is also a boutique offering Pilates videos, massagers, apparel and more!The Classical Pilates exercise method has been around for years but has become a buzz word and one of the fastest growing fitness activities in recent years due to media attention it has gotten from movie stars and elite athletes who use it to maintain their shape.
